Organization Profile

Once you have logged in to your new EDI Gateway account first you have to complete the rest of the organization profile.

Organization profile contains the details of your organization which will be used when generating documents like invoices, shipment notices and processing documents from your trading partners.

Part 01 : Organization Details

Organization Details

Here you have to configure the name and the address of your organization, and these will be used when printing Invoices / ASN and other documents generated by the EDI Gateway.

Part 02 : Integration Details

If you are integrating the EDI Gateway to process files exchanged via MFT Gateway, you have to add the integration details here.

MFTG integration

For the Account ID , add the Account ID of the MFTGateway.

AS2 ID This is the AS2 ID of the AS2 Station which receives the EDI documents.
S3 Bucket The name of the S3 bucket where the received EDI files will be stored by the MFT Gateway or AS2 Gateway.
S3 Access Key and Secret Key When you enable S3 integration in your MFTG, you will receive an AWS Access key and a Secret Key. Those keys should be configured here.

Part 03 : ISA and GS Identification

ISA and GS Identification

Add your organization’s ISA ID Qualifier , ISA Identifier and GS code here. These will be used when generating outgoing EDI files and validating/processing incoming EDI files. If it is required to skip the ISA/GS validation of the incoming files, you can tick the checkbox Skip ISA/GS validation. If the ISA/GS validation is configured to be skipped, all incoming files will be accepted even when their ISA/GS values do not match the configured values.

Part 04 : Notifications

Notifications

You can enable receiving notifications for the incoming files via the following three mediums.

  1. Slack Notifications
  2. SMS Notifications
  3. Email Notifications

To enable Slack notifications, you have to tick the check box and give a valid Slack webhook URL and the name of the Slack channel to which these notifications should be posted. Read more on creating Slack Webhooks.

To enable SMS notifications, you have to tick the check box and configure up to 2 mobile numbers to receive SMS notifications.

To enable email notifications, you have to tick the check box and configure up to 3 email addresses separated by commas. After configuring all the mandatory fields, click on the Update button on the bottom to save the Organization Profile.
